I am so so grateful to World Class Services for helping me out of a bad situation recently. The back story is that I... originally had the carpets in my house cleaned by another local carpet cleaning service here in Tampa, and by over-wetting my carpets, the other service literally created several brown wicking stains that did not exist prior to the cleaning. The other service came back out to the house, and tried to remove the stains by a second cleaning, only making the stains darker and larger. So, with three large brown wicking stains on my carpet, I called World Class Services to come out with the hopes that they would know how to remove the stains that the other cleaning service created. World Class Services performed another wet cleaning of the stains and improved the appearance of the stains drastically. But, World Class Services was not satisfied with only partial removal of these stains, and came out a second time to apply a dry cleaning chemical to the stains. This second pass with the dry cleaning product removed the remainder of the stain completely. World Class Services has that rare combination of know-how, patience, and accountability that his hard to find in the carpet cleaning industry. I highly, highly recommend them.read more

Ann and her team were awesome. From the beginning, she was very responsive to my request for pricing. They showed up... for the appointment on time, were very friendly and professional. And most important, did a great job cleaning our furniture. We had 2 trouble spots that occurred as a result of moving. They were able to take care of it. This is my first time leaving a Google review because I am so blown away by what Anne and her team have managed to do... for my couch. We were on the brink of throwing away the couch because the dog stains, water rings and discolouration just seemed impossible to fix on a white couch. We had attempted to get it professionally cleaned once and were told that it was not possible because of the fabric of the sofa, but Anne came in saved the day. Anne was able to come on the same day and clear out all the stains, including the dreaded water rings. She gave advice on how to take care of the sofa. As long as I am in the Tampa area, Anne will be my go-to for all my upholstery needs.read more
I have used Ann and her crew for about 6 years to do routine cleaning on my upholstery . This has been a great... investment because it prolongs the life of my furniture, which is heavily used in my kid and pet friendly home. I used WCS to clean my couch, a chair and ottoman and everything looks brand new! With two small children and a puppy,... our couch was embarrassingly dirty. Ann and her team spent a lot of time getting out every stain and getting off every dog hair and my furniture looks so good! Highly recommend WCS and will be using them again in the future! I would highly recommend Anne and her team to anyone that needs carpets/upholstery cleaned. Especially anyone that has... high end upholstery or carpets that they don't want damaged during the cleaning process. They were very professional and were very careful bringing their equipment and supplies into my home. They were careful not to bang into walls or drop heavy equipment on my expensive wood floors and laid plastic down before placing any of their supplies on my floor. Anne examined the items I had to clean to determine what the content was to make sure she used the appropriate cleaners. They did an amazingly thorough job cleaning our high end furniture. I had 2 sectionals and 2 carpets and they were here for hours cleaning every square inch with their multi-step process. If you want fast and cheap (and not as clean), then you may want to call someone else, but if you want it done right WCS is definitely the ticket.read more
They did fantastic cleaning work on a stairwell that was absolutely disgusting. When I moved into my new townhouse I... was assured by my property manager that the stairs had been cleaned. Um, no. In fact, if you dared walk down the steps barefoot, the bottoms of your feet would turn black. I called Ann and her crew came over and got rid of the stains and made the carpet look good as new (it’s only two years old). Very happy with results. Had them come back and do my couch/loveseat and once again, fantastic work. Very nice folks to work with and this is a local business worth supporting.read more
Ann and her crew always do a great job cleaning our sofas, ottomans, chairs, etc. We have a houseful of animals, and... you might never know it when they leave. They're super kind and easy to work with, prompt in their return calls, and they show up when they say they will (or a little early). Highly recommend them. Their prices are very reasonable, as well.read more

I called Anne to clean our sectional as it hadn't been done in over 5 years. I set the appointment for a couple weeks... out. She called to confirm the appointment a few days out, showed up on time with a few employees, and made my sectional feel brand new! They hand scrubbed every cushion, vacuumed all over, and just did an incredible job! I will be calling her back to do some carpets I have in our bedrooms.
